I started Skinny Fiber in Dec 2013, and to be honest the first month I didn't take is regularly like I should have. I would miss a day or two here and there. It took some hard work to change my eating habits but once it did, it was easy. At first when I wasn't taking Skinny Fiber, I would lose 15 lbs and 3 months later gain 10 back. Then lose it again and gain some back. But once I got serious about taking my skinny fiber regularly the weight just kept coming off. I have lost 55lbs and I feel great, my knees don't hurt, I am not short of breath going up stairs and I can keep up with my son. I wish I had started Skinny Fiber when I was first considering it instead of waiting 3 month to place my order.
