HOME MADE PROTEIN BARS

Home made Protein Bars
1 Cup rolled oats
1 cup craisins
1 cup natural crunchy Peanut Butter
½ cup honey
½ cup wheat germ
½ cup skim milk powder
½ cup protein powder (optional)
6 tbsp cocoa powder
Mix all dry ingredients together and then add in Peanut Butter and honey.
Press into an 8” x 8” pan. Chill and then cut into 24 bars. Wrap individually
and store in your fridge or freezer.
Each piece is 180 calories
