Tilapia fish (frozen fillets thawed are fine)
14ozcan of Artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
1 package of cream cheese
1/4 cup of Italian dressing
Perfect Pinch Salt Free Garlic and Herb Seasonings.
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix cream cheese, Italian dressing, PP Salt Free Garlic and Herb Seasonings and salt and pepper in a bowl

then Broil for 10 minutes
