Merrell has lost 24 pounds and tons of inches. She went from a size 18 to a size 12.
She says she has more energy and her knees don't hurt like before. I have noticed that when we are out and about I have to keep up with her now....no more having to wait for her to catch up....lol She definitely has a spring in her step these days. Way to go Merrell !!
