BROCCOLI BACON ONION SALAD

Broccoli/Bacon/Onion Salad
LOW CARB

Ingredients:
2 Broccoli Crowns (Fresh)
1/2 lb Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1/2 C Red Onion, chopped
1/2 C Sunflower Kernels
Directions:
Cut the broccoli into bite sized florets
Add the Broccoli, Bacon, Onion and Sunflower kernels all together in a Medium sized serving/storage bowl (Tupperware)
Mix together, then add dressing>>>
Dressing:
In a 32 oz jar with a lid, put
1 C Real Mayonnaise
2 T Miracle Whip
2 t. Vinegar (not distilled)
Powdered Stevia to your taste. It depends on how sweet you want your dressing. (Use whatever sweetener you want...sugar, sweet n low, splenda) Start with a little bit and add till you like the result.
Shake the dickens out of that jar. Dressing should be pourable, but not runny. Add a little water as needed to achieve smooth consistency.
Add dressing a little at a time, and mix it up. When you get the salad as creamy as you want it, quit adding the dressing.
Hint: Dressing will store in jar in frig for quite awhile
