SCALLOP POTATOES

#FOOD
Scalloped Potatoes
4 Tbsp butter
5 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 1/2 cups milk
1 pkg shredded cheese
7 medium sized potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
In a medium size skillet melt butter and add flour salt and pepper stirring until smooth add milk slowly. Bring to a boil stirring until it begins to thicken remove from heat and add 1/2 bag of cheese
Grease or spray baking dish place potatoes in baking dish. Cover with gravy mixture cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes at 350'
Uncover and sprinkle remaining cheese over potatoes bake for 15 more minutes
