Pumpkin Pudding
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 c pumpkin puree
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Dash nutmeg
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 c pumpkin puree
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Dash nutmeg
Beat the pudding mix and milk with electric mixer for two minutes. Stir in the pumpkin and spices and blend well. Divide into 4 serving bowls or parfait mugs.
Top with Dream whip, cool whip or whipping cream.
Makes 4 servings...
