Zucchini Parm Swirls
**LOW CARB**
2-3 zucchinis
1 tablespoon olive oil (not too much as they will go soggy)
1/4 cup of parmesan
Salt and Pepper to taste (add cayenne or whatever spice you like get creative)
Directions:
Mix cut or swirled zucchini's with olive oil. Mix all dry ingredients and add to Zucchini.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes depend on how crispy you want them. Keep an eye on them because they go from a tad soggy to burnt if you're not watching. That's it!!!
