ONE YEAR TESTIMONY

Alright...here it is! My 1 year on Skinny Fiber Picture and results!!!

Long story short...LOVE, LOVE, LOVE My Skinny Fiber!!!!

In 1 yr I have gone from eating second dinner as a bedtime snack to not! drinking only coffee all day to drinking water and having small meals throughout the day. NOT eating a huge bag of chips every night, I still splurge every so often, but not AS often and NOT THE WHOLE BAG!!!!

I have lost 25 lbs and have gone from a really tight size 13 to a 5!!!!
