CHEESE BISQUITS

QUICK CHEESE BISCUITS
Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter
2/3 cup milk
Makes 8 biscuits
Preheat oven to 450
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
Cut in butter using a pastry blender until it forms coarse crumbs.
Stir milk into flour mixture, mix with a fork until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
Drop dough in heaping tbsps 1" apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake about 15 minutes or until they look done...
They go great with soup or stew...
