Ingredients
1 Roast Pork Tenderloin 3 - 4 lbs
1 apple (peeled and diced)
Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Dry Rub
4 tablespoon of dry rosemary or fresh
2 tablespoon of dry oregano or fresh
1 tablespoon of sage
2 tablespoon of dry garlic flakes
4 tablespoon of kosher salt
2 tablespoon of black pepper (I used coarse)

Cooking twine
Directions
Cut center of pork tenderloin and stuffed with apple and use twine to wrap roast.
Massage roast with olive oil.
In a bowl mix all dry ingredient and rub on pork.
Place pork on grill and cooked at 250 degrees for 7 hours. Leave to rest prior to slicing.
