My Husband's one month progress pic. He's down 13 pounds! No more heartburn, which is HUGE for him!! He use to have heartburn every single night! He has a lot more energy. He had put those jeans and a bunch of others away in his closet, They were way to tight, He had a hard time closing them to take the before picture, He now uses them comfortably again! and a bunch of others that he wasn't able to wear anymore
