FUDGE P & B CRISPIES



Fudge P and B Crispies!!
Not diet friendly!

Ingredients:
Rice Crispies~~
3 Tbsp. Margarine or butter
10 ounce bag small marshmallow, or 4 cups
5 1/2 to 6 cups of Rice Crispies cereal

Directions:
Coat a 13 x 9 pan with butter or margarine
In a large sauce pan, melt butter and marshmallow together on low
heat. Mix in rice crispies cereal and coat with marshmallows. Press
into the pan and let set in the fridge or freezer to cool.

Ingredients:
Peanut Butter layer~~
1 cup smooth peanut butter
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
in a sauce pan, melt the butter, and add peanut butter and vanilla on
low heat. Mix until blended. Take off the heat and add the powdered sugar. .
Mix till smooth. Spread peanut butter mixture over the rice crispies.
Put back in fridge or freezer to continue to cool.

Ingredients:
Fudge~~
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
In a medium saucepan, melt butter on medium low heat. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder. Mix together with wooden spoon.
Slowly add in the powdered sugar. Blend together well. Cook for 2 to 3
minutes on low heat. Remove from heat, and set pan in cold water in sink.
Stir fudge while in the water to cool completely off.
Once cool, cover over the layer of peanut butter, and set in fridge
or freezer until fudge is firm enough to cut without sliding off.
Eat with some restraint.
