CAULIFLOWER CRUST PIZZA

Cauliflower Crust Pizza
***Healthy and easy Low carb crust pizza ***
Ingredients
2 cups grated raw cauliflower
1/2 cup shredded light mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp oregano
bunch of fresh basil
2 tsp parsley, fresh or dried
sprinkle of Italian seasoning
1 green, red or yellow bell pepper
1 yellow or green onion
sliced small pieces of ham
sliced mushrooms
chopped kale
Bunch of fresh basil
Garlic powder, to taste
Pasta Sauce
Directions
Chop onion, tomato, bell pepper and any other toppings you like and set aside to add after the crust cooks.
Shred ½ cup light mozzarella cheese (for the final topping)
Use a cheese grater and grate the raw cauliflower tops only. Add to bowl with the mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasonings, oregano and eggs. Spray a metal pan with cooking oil and spread out the dough evenly to about ¼ - ½ “ thick.
Bake at 450° F for 12-15 minutes. Remove the dough from the oven and spread about 4 tablespoons of pasta sauce then sprinkle chopped green pepper, onion, fresh basil, Italian seasoning as well as the remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven and cook until the cheese has melted and the crust is crispy. Cut, serve and
