JUDITH'S SKINNY FIBER JOURNEY

✻ JUDITH For those of u who suffer from C.O.P.D & ASTHMA Like I DO,
you know control is very important specially when a flare up happens 
having C.O.P.D an being moderately obese will weigh on the ability to breath when active. in the past 102 days i have been going through transformation not only with shaking these extra lbs but with my health as well. On April 23rd,2015 i had blood draw to check my cholesterol and such, i decided to step on the scale an see if any more weight has come off and to my surprise I had dropped 8 more lbs. so the total weight loss is 20 lbs since October 20th 2014. I was also able to check my Peak Flow, its a machine to measure ur air out put an i out put over 400 which I’ve not been able to do in prolly 15 yrs. I am still amazed with all these positive changes an these changes keep me positive with encouragement to keep going on to a healthier me. To Share my journey with every 1 and any 1 who is willing to listen and see the results for themselves. I will keep up with spreading the positive and encouraging ppl to Join the SBC family and our fight to stomp out obesity,1 Testimony at a time, 1 update at a time 
✻✻✻ I have been getting a lot of messages regarding my 90 day testimony, that i did on April 14th,2015. Here is a more detailed testimony.
as u may or may not know my research into SBC began last November(2014) By Christmas 2014 I was Ready to jump aboard with the approval from my doctor. while I awaited the arrival of my skinny fiber i looked into ways to help be stay motivated an keep track of my food,calories and exercise. i down loaded an app on to my phone called MYFITNESSPAL. I have been Gluten Free since August 2012. so a lil change was not going to affect me much. I added fruit smoothies protein powder to my daily intake, i increased fresh fruits and veggies as well. cut as much artificial flavors, sugars etc as possible. it took a lot of trial and error to get things into routine but once the routine was practiced enough, i was off and running . when i started Skinny Fiber January 15th 2015 i could only walk 10-20 minutes at a time, depended on my pain. now i’m able to walk for 40 minutes and i have recently started DDP Yoga 
I have a lot of medical labels, i have Seizures, cause by high levels of pain,nerve damage all over, nerve roots that are wrapped in muscle knots, C.O.P.D, asthma, sleep apnea, joint,bone and disk disease, chronic an some times intense muscle spasms, fibromyalgia, arthritis in my lumbar area, natural lumbar fusion, meaning my spine fused its self, tendinitis in my shoulders, hips an knees as well as bursitis, gurd, I.B.S. chronic pain 360 in my body, i have mental health labels as well that are improving. 
Since taking skinny fiber i have noticed a lot of changes with my body, i am breathing better, my pain is more controllable, i’m sleeping better and have a lot more energy, cravings are a lot less, i am loving myself an life. 
I have lost 17 lbs and 10 inches in my waist. all i can say is listen to ur body, don’t burn ur self out, take ur time. and enjoy getting healthy. u don’t really have to “diet” just watch your calories and get 20 minutes of low impact exercising in,in a day, DRINK LOTS OF WATER.
