Here is my 6 month update everyone.

This is me Pamela,
All my life I struggled with my weight and also was born with a 26% narrowing of my left main heart artery. I couldn't stand looking at myself in the mirror at my highest weight of 232 lbs and it sure was of no help to my heart either.
